Dear Emma, I returned home yesterday and collected Daisy’s ashes from my parents. Thank you for all that you did- I felt helpless being abroad, but you gave me comfort that Daisy would be treated with respect and dignity. I loved that dog so much and was very grateful to you. Kindest regards

Ms Marogna, Ewell (September 2018)

Emma minded my 17 year old Maine Coon for 6 days, transporting him from a cattery to our house, visiting him daily and administering various medication. I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. She was thoroughly professional, diligent and communicative throughout the whole process from the pre-visit to the end (‘professional’ is a key word here because when it comes to animal care you do not often find that!). I felt that my cat was in completely safe hands – Emma’s experience is clearly evident as is her affection and kindness to animals. But the real testimony to her ability is my completely happy, relaxed, well-fed, chilled cat when I got home. I have used many cat sitters, many catteries over the years of cat ownership. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma to anyone looking for the best care for their pet. Wonderful.

I recommend Duty of Care 100%!  Right from the phone call I knew it was the right choice for us!  Emma looked after our Cat (& Hamster last minute!).  Emma is friendly, professional, knowledgeable & 100% trustworthy.  The communication is excellent & I didn’t worry whilst I was away. I will definitely be using D.O.C services again.  Thank you Emma, you are amazing ⭐️😻

Thank you so much for your help (Animal Ambulance).  I’ve just heard from the vets and she is doing really well.  Keeping her on fluids all day and we can collect her this evening!  Many thanks again for a great service!  I will remember it if we need it again in the future and recommend you!

Suzanne, Dorking (January 2018)

Thank you for giving Pepsi the individual cremation service she deserved.  It’s good to have her back home so quick – if she was at the vets we would have a 3 week wait.

Debbie, Sutton (January 2018)

Thank you for such a welcome service (Pet Alert Cards). At 76 and living alone I do worry that my cat would be overlooked if anything was to happen to me when I’m out of the house.  I have a community alarm for indoors and arrangements in place for their care when I’m gone. This will take another worry off my shoulders. They are my most loved companions and deserve the best care.  Again, thank you.

Dear Emma, I just wanted to thank you so very much for all your help in looking after Minxy, I truly cannot thank you enough.  Minxy is doing very well so far and being patient with her poorly eye and collar! A BIG Thank You.

Dear Emma.  Just a quick note of appreciation and thanks for taking such great care of Boston.  We came home on Thursday evening to a very happy and content Boston.
I really appreciate your flexibility to accommodate us at such short notice and the peace of mind knowing that Boston was in super hands.  Also the added bonus of not having to navigate getting her into and out of her travel carrier!  Many thanks

Thank you so very much for all the help with Paddy from his emergency trip to NDSR in August, his check up in December and then going to Silvermere.  It was so important to me that he was handled and transported by someone who I trusted and who I knew would deal with him as if he was their own beloved pet and that person was you.  I cannot fault your service at all and I am so glad I met you at that dog show in May.  You have helped me through a very difficult time.  With my very best wishes.

Janet, Ewell (December 2016)

Emma at Duty of Care Pet Services was exceptionally responsive when we required the movement of one of our foster dogs urgently. She calmly outlined how she could help and quoted a very reasonable emergency fee for transport. I am very grateful she helped at last minute, with a great attitude. He safely arrived at my home within hours.  Thank you Emma!

Laura, Crawley (July 2016)

Thank you very much for feeding Cinder. She looked very relaxed when we got home yesterday and well groomed!

Emily, Fetcham (June 2016)

Emergency Animal Ambulance:  Just wanted to say thank you so much once again to you and your colleague, it was a complete godsend.  If you hadn’t been able to accompany him to the veterinary hospital, I’m not sure if he would have made it there – we are so grateful, thank you.

Phyllis, Cobham (May 2016)

Emma is the best Kitten-sitter an owner could ask for! No need for a destructive, lonely kitten… For a few pennies her short ‘visit and play’ helped to keep my curtains and sanity intact! Highly recommended- kind and thoughtful – Dudley has a friend for life.

Louise, Fetcham (January 2016)

Delighted with visit from Emma and very efficient way she chipped my cat in my home.

Sylvia, Effingham (December 2015)

Dear all at Duty of Care Pet Services,  Sophie and I just wanted to express our thanks for helping us see off Walter with peace and dignity.  He was very special to us.  With warm regards.

Chris & Sophie, Battersea (October 2015)

Thank you so much for looking after Rosie whilst we were away. She’s looking well and you’ve managed to medicate her too – a no mean feat!  Will definitely call upon your services again.

Jane, Ashtead (August 2015)

It is always a big decision going away and finding someone to trust with your beloved pets. Thank goodness we found Duty of Care Pet Services! They stood out to us as a professional company with extensive knowledge and experience of working with different species, this was a huge attraction to us and meant we could go away with complete peace of mind knowing our mini menagerie (including cats, fish, ferrets, a tortoise and a lizard) would be in safe hands. Duty of Care Pet Services did a fantastic job of working through a very specific care list and everything was in perfect condition on our return. We highly recommend Duty of Pet Care Services and will definitely be using them again.

Pippa, Chertsey (July 2015)

Eliza would like to thank Emma for coming to our house and microchipping her. Emma is very gentle and caring for animals. Keep up your good work! Thanks again.

Anita, Chessington (July 2015)

This is to say a big thank you for your care and understanding with Chance. To have that support  and professionalism  at such a sad time was so helpful.  The others miss him of course but with you to help with Chance it allowed me to give them some more “fun” time without feeling guilty.  Many thanks for your wonderful service.

Dinah, Guildford (June 2015)

The wellbeing of my animal family is essential to me and I need to be confident that they will be in safe hands whilst I enjoy my holiday.  It’s not just the dogs, cats and fish but the goats, sheep, pigs and chickens too!  Duty of Care Pet Services provides me with a one stop solution.  Emma has the skills and knowledge to be able to manage my menagerie.  So this year I am counting down the days to my holiday!

Luke, Guildford (May 2015)

Emma cares for our cat whenever we go away on holiday. She is reliable and trust-worthy. She was brilliant when she had to deal with our poorly, elderly cat.  She made the difficult, yet correct decision and represented us at the vets in our absence.  She continues to care for our other elderly cat, and provides excellent care for her, including administering her daily medication.  We would highly recommend Emma!
