Emma was so prompt, kind and helpful; she transferred our cat Kaalu safely with oxygen supply and allowed us to come with, along with Kaalu's vet. What she's doing is saving the lives of many pets and we are so grateful. God Bless.
Transport & Medication
Emma minded my 17 year old Maine Coon for 6 days, transporting him from a cattery to our house, visiting him daily and administering various medication. I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. She was thoroughly professional, diligent and communicative throughout the whole process from the pre-visit to the end (‘professional’ is a key word here because when it comes to animal care you do not often find that!).

Emma transferred our dog from our local vets in South London to the Queen Mother Hospital in Potters Bar when he was very sick and needing lots of oxygen. We were able to go in the Ambulance with him and couldn't have felt in safer hands. Emma was super efficient, organised and assertive and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly despite very difficult circumstances. We will be forever grateful to her.

Emma at Duty of Care Pet Services was exceptionally responsive when we required the movement of one of our foster dogs urgently. She calmly outlined how she could help and quoted a very reasonable emergency fee for transport. I am very grateful she helped at last minute, with a great attitude. He safely arrived at my home within hours. Thank you Emma!
