Duty of Care Pet Services UK will only collect and hold information that is necessary to provide care to an animal. This includes contact details of the owner/guardian and vet.
All client information is kept as a hard copy in a secured folder, in a secure property. Client details and emergency contact details are only used in an emergency.
All data collected is confidential and will not be shared, sold or distributed with any third party, or used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Duty of Care Pet Services UK may however need to discuss some treatment with veterinary professionals as stated in the ‘Veterinary Release Form’.
